SMILE® Nut Butter Truffles

Serves 7
Prep Time: 20 minutes

A filling and nutrient dense truffle. If you use an all natural nut or peanut butter, be sure it is well mixed or your truffles will be a bit oily. Keep adding oat flour (or almond flour) until you have the right consistency.

Prep Time: 10 minutes + overnight

This recipe produces a single slice of cake made with a nutritious and filling THINK B.O.S.S. Bar. The blueberry & walnut are a perfect compliment to the slightly sweet & tart cream “cheese” frosting. Thankfully, there will extra frosting, so save that for muffins, cookies, pretzels or even carrots!

MOVE® Over Goat Cheese

Ingredients

1 MOVE® Boss Bar
1 4 oz or 8 oz goat cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Break the MOVE Bar into 1 inch chunks. In a high speed blender, blend until a coarse meal. 
Put into a bowl and combine with salt, sesame seeds, & garlic powder.  Roll goat cheese in this mixture, pressing it onto the roll so it sticks.
