DAZZLE® Oats

Makes 1 breakfast
Prep Time: 10 minutes + overnight

Overnight oats are a delicious and filling summer breakfast! You don’t need any heat to get the oats to the soften and you can wake up in the morning, grab and go. The DAZZLE® Bar, along with the apple sauce, provides all of the sweetness you need.


Directions

1. Cut the DAZZLE® Bar in half. Wrap one half and reserve for the following morning. Cut up the remaining half into ¼ – ½ inch pieces. Put into a mason jar.
2. Add the oats, apple sauce, chia seeds, extract, milk & sea salt to the mason jar and stir to combine.
3. Cover with lid or plastic wrap and let sit in the fridge overnight.
4. The next morning, stir the oats and notice how the oats have gotten soft and the B.O.S.S. Bar dissolves into the oats. Take out your remaining half and cut into ½ inch pieces and put on top. Enjoy!

Note

Try adding toasted coconut, cardamom, cinnamon, or fresh apples into your mix.
You could also use one whole bar to make two breakfasts and decide to top your oatmeal with almonds or another type of nut.
If you enjoy hot oatmeal, you could add 2-3 Tbsp of additional milk and heat up in the microwave or on the stovetop either after step two or after letting it soften overnight.
